Quiet Pine Wellness is a virtual behavioral health private practice dedicated to supporting individuals in their journey towards emotional and physical wellbeing.

For over 10 years, I’ve supported individuals and families in outpatient, school, and primary care settings. I use evidence-based approaches including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavioral Therapy (DBT), Trauma Focused-Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (TF-CBT), Cognitive Behavioral Therapy for Insomnia (CBT-i), Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR), Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), Motivational Interviewing (MI), Solution-Focused Brief Therapy (SFBT), and mindfulness components. My therapeutic approach will be based on our collaboration to fit your unique needs.
