Quiet Pine Wellness
Quiet Pine Wellness is a virtual behavioral health private practice dedicated to supporting individuals in their journey towards emotional and physical wellbeing.
About Quiet Pine Wellness
Hi, I’m Ansley! My journey into this work began with a deep respect and curiosity for people’s stories and their capacity to heal. I earned my bachelor’s degree in psychology from Minnesota State University, Mankato, and my Master of Social Work from Eastern Washington University.
For over 10 years, I’ve supported individuals and families in outpatient, school, and primary care settings. I use evidence-based approaches including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavioral Therapy (DBT), Trauma Focused-Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (TF-CBT), Cognitive Behavioral Therapy for Insomnia (CBT-i), Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR), Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), Motivational Interviewing (MI), Solution-Focused Brief Therapy (SFBT), and mindfulness components. My therapeutic approach will be based on our collaboration to fit your unique needs.
At Quiet Pine Wellness, I offer a calm, supportive space where you can feel heard, understood, and empowered. Outside of therapy, I recharge by spending time in nature, reading, cooking, and caring for my goats, chickens, cats and dog. Rhythms that help me stay grounded and present in my work. I believe meaningful change often begins in quiet moments-and I would be honored to walk alongside you in yours.
